Is There An Age/Height Requirement To Participate?

 

 

All participants must be at least 42″ tall on event day can run the course. There is no minimum age to participate.

 

Q.

Do You Offer A Military Discount?

 

 

Yes, we offer military members and their families $5 off their order. When registering for an event, you can enter the military discount code USA5 in the ‘Discount Code’ box at checkout.

Can I purchase a registration at the event?

 

 

Absolutely. You can purchase your day-of registration at the Registration tent onsite.

Day-of registrations will be limited to open waves and All Access Passes, and can be purchased with a credit card. No cash will be accepted.

 

Q.

How Can A Duplicate Registration Charge Be Adjusted?

 

 

If when checking out you received a notice that we were unable to process your payment, it’s possible the transaction was declined due to failed address verification.

When this happens, your bank may still authorize the charge and therefore show in your bank account, but know that in this case the charge will not settle and should clear within a few business days.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you still have questions regarding duplicate charges.

How Do I Confirm My Start Time?

 

 

You can verify your start time and all account information by visiting eventelf.com and selecting “Events” at the top.

What Is Included With Registration?

 

 

Your registration includes your bib number with corresponding start time, finishers t-shirt, snack, and a medal.

 

Q.

What Fees Am I Paying For?

 

 

You may notice that your order total is higher than expected. The price we list is the Registration Fee, but there is also a small race insurance fee ($3.50) and a 10% credit card processing fee directly from our ticketing site. Depending on your state, there may be a small state tax as well.

 

Q.

What Is The All Access Pass?

 

 

The All Access Pass allows runners to participate in any start time, even if the wave time is closed. It includes a $20 merchandise credit on event day only.

 

Q.

Where Is Packet Pick Up?

 

 

Packet pick up will be available on race day, and in some markets, on Friday at sponsored locations. On event day, we start packet pick up one hour prior to the start time of the first wave of the day. Your packet will include your race bib (needed to enter the starting line corral).

What Do I Get At Packet Pick Up?

 

 

You will receive your participants’ bib that corresponds with your start time.

 

Q.

Can I Pick Up Someone Else’s Packet?

 

 

Unless you are an immediate family member, you must provide a photo ID of all participants you would like to pick up for. They will also need to have their waiver signed online.

 

Q.

How Can I Pick Up A Packet For A Minor?

 

 

We understand many minors do not have a form of ID available. You will be asked to verify information on the account (i.e. birthday, email address) in order to pick up their packet.

 

Q.

Do I Have To Pick Up My Packet The Night Before?

 

 

No. While we do our best to provide a packet pick up location Friday night, we will also have registration open on Saturday morning for picking up your packets.

 

Q.

How Can I Sign My Waiver?

 

 

All waivers will need to be signed electronically. If you registered yourself (or a minor), then you signed the waiver during the registration process. If another person registered for you, then you would have received an email from eventelf.com asking you to complete your registration. During this process, you would sign your waiver.

In an effort to stay green, please do not bring printed copies of the waiver to runner check-in.

What Is Race Insurance?

 

 

Race insurance is a mandatory fee that covers catastrophic events. It does not cover runner refunds.
